Production Manager Position

RedPill is London’s leading specialist in social video strategy, production and seeding, servicing premium brands and agencies globally. Having experienced significant growth this year, we are looking to expand all of our teams. We are currently looking for a production manager with proven experience at driving the creation of unique and engaging video content, managing communications with clients, colleagues and partners in the process. They will take the lead on a range of exciting and innovative social video campaigns.

Detailed knowledge of production equipment and post production formats and processes.
A democratic decision maker with leadership skills.
Personable and confident when presenting plans in meetings.
Competent at producing a budget, liaising with legal and insurance partners.
Knowledge of social media and video platforms, especially YouTube.


Plan, coordinate and manage all stages of production from analysis of the client brief to post production.
Communicate with clients on project milestones and key decisions.
Manage production teams and partners to ensure goals are reached on time and budget.
Present production plans in both internal and external meetings
Monitor and manage production workflow.
Manage the review and approval of the content by the client.
Train and mentor junior production staff as required.
Consistently strive to improve production standards within the business.

Depending on your experience and ability to contribute to the business, salary for this position is between £25,000- £35,000 per annum.
There will be a guaranteed annual bonus based on our annual review.
Structured quarterly reviews working towards development and promotion within the company.
