I WANT A RUNNER JOB But I can’t drive!

You know you're always saying how you haven't got a driving licence because you can't afford the lessons and that's a big barrier to you being able to get Runner work in the industry as most companies want a Runner who can drive and those that can always get the jobs which you would otherwise be perfect for?

Fourth paragraph down it says this:

“We've awarded bursaries to cover the cost of training fees, access, accommodation during training, travel to training, DRIVING LESSONS, childcare, software and equipment”.

You have to:

"currently work in the UK screen industries, or can demonstrate your intention to work in them"

but that's you right? Obviously they are going to allocate funds on a discretionary basis (you need to have worked on at least a couple of productions) but definitely worth putting an application in if that applies, what’s to lose?. They'll tell you within a month so no hanging around to find out.
