Digital Campaign Executive
REPORTS TO:
Group Operations Director – Digital
DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Campaign Executive is responsible for managing the performance and optimization of all digital campaigns across Bauer Media, including titles such as Grazia and FHM.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all trafficking responsibilities for our websites.
Ensure all digital campaigns perform based on bookings made to our in house booking systems Zeus and Operative.
Responsible for the checking and uploading of all adverts and 3rd party ad tags on all campaigns.
Ensure all ads are displayed correctly, checking campaigns once live and providing screen grabs to clients.
Provide monthly, quarterly and end of campaign reports for all campaigns using excel.
Liaise with agencies and creative house on all technical issues with campaigns.
Provide accurate and comprehensive inventory forecast and availability reports to the sales teams.
Be prepared to continually learn new systems and processes.
Pro-actively look at ways to improve campaign response from users.
Liaise with the development team to ensure that all ad placements work as they should.
