Genuine question (and it really is). How does the NMW work with jobs that are commission based ONLY? These jobs are out there and surely if the pay commission only doesn’t that breach the NMW rules?

This isn’t an attempt to start a debate or argument just a genuine request to find out more about how the rules apply.

Hey who knows maybe one day I'll defect to your side...
