Livia Rao is a Production Manager who is seemingly incapable of grasping the simple fact that if you take someone on to do work for you, you must pay them. Presumably Livia gets paid for her time (several features, corporates etc), why then does she feel that the junior workers she takes on do not also need to receive pounds, shillings and pence to pay their bills too?
