Payment is on a lo/no/deferred basis. [note on unpaid jobs]
We are shooting interviews for a fashion documentary that we plan to get commissioned. The interviews will take place on the 15th and 22nd of July with established names in the fashion industry. We can only cover expenses. The plan is to create a trailer from the two day shoot that we will then use in order to proceed with a full length documentary in Oct with funding.

We require:

A sound recordist with their own kit
A runner with a car

No. No-one will actually commission anything from them, that's all.

Here is thing I can't understand the reason they can't pay is because it is a young director or homecorp just wants to save money and exploite people!!

Lets ask Sukey, no even better lets ask the Manager of homcorp.
